Some numbers I got from Talismans

If the Regeneration Charm restores 1% of your HP per turn, why does the Amulet version not heal twice as much, despite being 2%? I've found there are actually many examples of erroneous descriptions of Talismans, and I am going to set these strait here.

What I've found:

Talisman / description value / real value
Phoenix token / 3% / 2.5% (1/40)
Heart/Power trinket / 7% / 7.5%
Phoenix trinket / 4% / 3.75%
Heart/Power medallion / 12% / 12.5% (1/8)
Phoenix medallion / 6% / 6.25% (1/16)
Regeneration Amulet / 2% / 1.5%
Phoenix amulet / 7% / 7.5%

By now, a pattern becomes obvious:
* Each talisman level has a value:
Token: 2
Trinket: 3
Charm: 4
Medallion: 5
Amulet: 6

*Each talisman type has a value:
Power/Heart: 1
Phoenix: 0.5 (1/2)
Regeneration: 0.1 (1/10)
etc.

To find how much an item will boost by, use:

TALISMAN LEVEL VALUE * TALISMAN TYPE VALUE * 2.5%

Ex. 1
Power Amulet: LV is 6, TYPE is 1:
(6) * (1) * 2.5% = 6 * 2.5 = 15%

Ex. 2
Regeneration Amulet: LV is 6, TYPE is 0.1:
(6) * (0.1) * 2.5% = 0.6 * 2.5% = 1.5%
